The location was great. It was good walking distance to shops and restaurants (we love Juu Juu Ramen--a real hidden gem) and it was easy to get around. The room itself was nice and it was always made up clean and comfortable each day. The staff were all great and we really liked the complimentary snacks every few days! The breakfast is amazing and we always looked forward to it each morning!

The hotel is close to the shopping area, which can be reached by a 20-minute walk (In general, walking in Surabaya is complex, and you need to watch your steps due to the open sewage systems and the lack of traffic lights). You need a taxi to visit other attractions. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is varied (local and continental). Earplugs are suggested for a comfortable sleep.

The food, the staff, the ambience... are excellent. But unfortinately, the door of the first room I got, 616, couldn't be locked from outside. So I was moved to room 615. But, the tv there was broken, which was repaired immediately. Overall, those were the only problems.

We 're arrived Santika ar 13.45......and our family had bought lontong kupang and nasi madura........so we asked the staff at the restaurant to dine at the restaurant, and they allowed us to sat and ate there......thanks
